Where is the product shipped from?
Your orders are shipped from our warehouse through registered Speed Post at your doorstep.
When are the product(s) shipped?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days once the order is placed & depending on preparation time of products.
How long will it take for the product(s) to reach us?
Within India: Purchased products will deliver at your door step within 5 business days from the date of order made between 9AM – 6PM during Monday to Saturday.
Where will the product be delivered?
Delivery of all orders will be to the mailing address as provided by you at the time of placing your order. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
What are the shipping charges?
Within India: Free shipping is provided PAN India for order above Rs.1000.
What happens if the product is damaged?
We take extreme care in our packaging but in certain situations there may be some damage to the products. In case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing obvious damage, we request you to contact us at admin@farmbasket.in. All claims for shortages / damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery with an image attached.
