Dryfruit Thandai Milk Powder
Dryfruit Thandai, or sardai, is an North Indian cold drink prepared with a mixture of almonds, Cashew, Pistachio, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, magaz seeds, rose petals, peppercorn, vetiver seeds, cardamom, saffron..
You just have to take 15 grams of Thandai Powder to make 2 glasses of Thandai. Mix Thandai Powder in small milk quantity and let it marinate 15 – 30 minutes. Take remaining chilled milk in blender. Add sugar as per taste and marinated thandai milk to it.
Blend it for sometime. Add ice cubes if required. Filter it if you want.
